ECMall And Metropolis Tower, Beijing CHINA
Development of prime retail mall and office building in Beijing. ECMall, a 70,000m2 retail mall, and Metropolis Tower, a 35,000m2 office tower, form a mixed-use development in ZhongGuancun, Beijing’s centre of information technology and higher education, into which the HSBC NF China real estate team invested US$80m in December 2007.
Wangfujing Crowne Plaza Hotel, Beijing CHINA
Beijing International Arts Co. Ltd. owns and operates the 360-room Crowne Plaza Hotel on 48 Wangfujing Road, Dongcheng District, Beijing. Maxsen advised and structured the USD35 million mezzanine loan for the owner.
Times Square, Zhuhai CHINA
A 54-storey mixed-use building with 120,000 sqm GFA located at the prime Gongbei District of Zhuhai near the Zhuhai and Macau border. The build has completed its structural work and is a distressed asset which a total outstanding debt in excess of RMB600 million.
Greenway Office Tower, Tsuen Wan HONG KONG
One of the most modern design and tallest buildings in the area. A 32-storey industrial distressed partially completed building located in a prime location of Tsuen Wan, Hong Kong. Maxsen arranged the HKD460m structured financing for the acquisition of the building from a Singapore based private equity fund.
HKRI Hospitality Developmemt Advisory Mandate
Maxsen is the Advisor for HKR Interntional Limited (HKRI) a listed company on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange and owner and operator of hotels under the Sukhothai brand, providing advices to the company on its global hospitality development plan. The mandate includes the development of a roadmap to expand HKRI’s global hotel investment plan and to assist the company in the sourcing and execution of the acquisitions.
Brookwater Resort Club & Villas, Queensland AUSTRALIA
Maxsen is the Strategic Finance Partner for the Developer World Group LLC UK under a Development Agreement with our Australian Mult-National Construction Partners, to complete the 508 key Golf, Spa & Convention Residential Resort.
